Non Union workers understand this issue, as well. Getting a multi million dollar bonus for what others have worked for and not been included is corporate greed. I hope this hard fought issues changes the way businesses compensate their employees..Union or not. Better yet, join a Union and start to change your life for the better.

We have so many protections to thank unions for in our working lives. We need to support them moving forward. Kudos to President Biden for taking a stand!
