Justice matters.

He should be locked up pending trial and without his phone.
If nobody does anything to lock him up, something bad will happen and who will be blamed for not locking him up earlier??

But he continued exactly what he was doing - then doubled down. And Jack Smith initiated another "gag order" to protect the upcoming trial, but TFG continued anyway. What does it take?!
