Trump loses in NY court, AGAIN! His civil fraud trial on remaining counts to begin on Monday.
Donald Trump seems to be setting a record for the most court losses in history. New York Judge Arthur Engoron found in favor of Attorney General General Leticia James and the people of New York, and against Trump and his adult children, concluding that Trump was involved in massive, long-term, chronic business fraud. However, there are still additional counts that are heading to trial.
In an attempt to derail his civil trial, which is scheduled to begin next week, Trump sued Judge Engoron. Today, as reported by The New York Times, a New York "appeals court rejected Trump's effort to delay" his fraud trial. - Glenn Kirschner - 09/28/2023.
