1. A presidential candidate is threatening the execution of the highest ranking US military officer.

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

I think we can imagine how the military feels about it.

The US military puts their lives on the line and will die for this country.
Without thinking about it. They know it is the job.
They will suffer any kind of injury for this country. It is the job.
The families know it. And accept it. And put their lives on hold for the job.

And to have a US presidential candidate threaten to execute active duty
military is totally beyond the pale. And for military families to get death threats.

Trump has gone too far this time.
Way too far. He has crossed a big line.
We shall see what happens.

Attacking our military, especially the top guy, has got to be one more disqualifying act in his already anti-American, anti-democratic repertoire. But then we know he is fine with nazis, as he stated after the disgraceful events in Charlottesville. Along with Senator Tuberville, he is endangering national security - yet again.

3. I personally think Trump has pushed the military too far.

And they are going to push back.

I am waiting to see how they do it.

General Milley in a recent interview went all quiet and calm anger when talking about Trump.

Which is not a good thing when a high ranking military officer does it.

It means that a boom is going to be lowered.
I don't know how, and I don't know when.
But it is going to be lowered.

He refuses to listen to judges, AGs and prosecutors - who are responsible for his fate - and now he's taken on the military which I also hope is his final mistake.

10. I grew up in the military. And I watched the military out maneuver everyone.

Congress when congress got too big for its boots.
And when congress had some legit issues.

And how the military got their way on Viet Nam and other wars.

And how no one touches military cost overruns and ridiculous purchases that are outdated.

(Yes I full well know the military risks everything for the country they love.
And families make big sacrifices. )

The truth is you can usually only push the military so far.
And if you do, you are not going to have your best day.
