Sept. legal recap: Trump loses in NY; Trump loses DC recusal motion; & RICO co-defendant flips in GA
September was a really bad month for Donald Trump on the legal front. September started with Judge Scott McAfee ruling that Trump's Georgia state RICO trial WILL be televised and live-streamed. And September ended with Judge Tanya Chutkan denying Trump's recusal motion, Trump suffering a massive loss in his New York business fraud case, and the first RICO co-defendant flipping and agreeing to testify against Trump and the other co-defendants.
And October is likely to get even worse for the twice impeached, four-times-indicted criminal former president of the United States.
