Final visit today to a specialist, and I saw my favorite nurse.

I've been going back to my specialist for 8-10 days in a row for post surgical treatment. Today was my final visit.

My favorite nurse came out to the waiting room to call me back to the exam room.

As we walked to the room:

Her: "Christ, I was hoping I was done with you.

Me: "You're not that lucky".

She led me through a long maze of hallways to the exam room she always puts me in.

Me: "Is this the room where you bring all of the asshole patients"?

Without missing a beat, she simply replied "yes".

I said "I like you".
