Thank you for letting me know I need to be clearer!

There's a listing of people's names who are in my email addresses. So let's say I've composed an email and I want to sent it to my friend "Wendy". When I put in a "W", a list of other names with "W" come up. I want to completely delete one of those names...

The faster you got someone off the phone, the better you were doing at your job. If the fix wasn't quick and easy, "spin it." That meant spin the Quick Restore backup disk that came with the PC.

I heard one frustrated end user complain "you're not technicians, you're Quick Restore mechanics." And he wasn't entirely wrong!

and then clicking on the person you wish to delete. Then, hit the trash can button. Don't know if that will stop them from appearing when you type the first letter into your email for the address, but it's worth a try.

I don't drink either (recovered alcoholic) and unfortunately the smoke can make me paranoid and sometimes go down the anxiety road so I tend to stay away from it too.

However, in the morning I will have a diet coke to celebrate that I was able to follow technical instructions!
