1] A freak fall. Torn rotator cuff, hair line fracture from the pull of the impact
My late 30's
about 20 yrs later
2] Rushing down steps missed the last step, slammed my foot hard on the mid landing; tri-fractured ankle.
Anway if you do your rehab exercises 95% - 98% of the time over all; so you can slough off a little, but only a bit - you'll heal up excellently!
