Door to Door Bud Service

Today a well groomed young man, wearing a trim beard and a service worker's uniform, knocked on my door. He introduced himself and then named off several of my neighbors, who he said he worked with. Since there was no truck or vehicle parked nearby, I warily asked him what he was selling. With a hushed tone of voice, he asks me if I had any need for Bud service.
Since, I reason, they cannot sell Bud Light door to door, I assume he is selling weed.
"I occasionally use CBD oil on my sore joints but I am already far too spacey to use it", I tell him.
He stares blankly at me.
Continuing on, I explained "Really, I am not opposed to it, so please leave your card and I will give it to my relatives."
He stood looking quizzically for a few seconds and stifles a laugh as he informs me he is selling pest control services. I take his card and tell him I will get back to him if I need bug services.
My cat does not understand why I sporadically burst out laughing recalling the encounter.
