To get a birth certificate from County Fermanagh, you can contact the General Register Office for Northern Ireland (GRONI):
Order online
You can order a birth certificate online from GRONI's website. You'll need a credit or debit card to use this service.

Search online
You can search GRONI's online records for free by entering a surname and a date. The date can be the exact date of the event, a year, or a range of years.

Visit in person
You can apply for a birth certificate in person at a Civil Registration Service office.
The General Register Office (GRO) is the central civil registration service for Ireland's births, marriages, and deaths. They have an online index of all Irish births dating back to 1864.

General Register Office
The General Register Office is the central repository for records relating to births, stillbirths, adoptions, marriages, civil partnerships and deaths in Ireland.

We operate a research facility at Werburgh Street, Dublin 2, where members of the public, involved in family research, may search the indexes to the registers held by GRO and purchase photocopies of entries in the registers. This service is available by emailing us at: GROResearchRoom@welfare.ie

It is also possible to attend in person at the Research Room, Werburgh Street, Dublin 2. Opening times are limited. Opening hours for Research Room, Werburgh Street, Dublin 2.

Certificates of birth, death, marriage or civil partnership can be obtained from the links below, from the local civil registration offices or online at Order a Certificate.

I hope some of this is helpful.

We had some bad info., like the first name of his father but they found him being we knew the year and the Parish his father was born in.

It can be helpful but in Co. Fermanagh, it may not be as critical being it is a small county.

Best of luck with this endeavor.
