Smoked it yesterday with applewood chips. Most likely with heated up frozen veggies. Might add some sourdough toast with olive and honey. Going off my diet and have a slice of pumpkin pie. Wife is out of town so I can get away with it. 👍

(Grass fed beef burgers and wild caught salmon burgers) potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob, and ice cream.

Your delicious meal has the Sophie stamp of approval.

Baby back ribs; flank steak stuffed with provolone, spinach and roasted red peppers; chilled cucumber soup, grilled corn on the cob; tomato galette, leftover squash gratin (nobody but me likes it); gateau Breton with apricot filling; bodacious peach pie; homemade cherry vanilla ice cream. Oh yeah and fish sticks and sweet potatoes for the 19 month old who won't eat anything else.

Celebrating August's bounty, and heavy on desserts. Just the way I like it.

Marinating some pork butt now, will cook it in the Instant Pot until it's shreddable, then have it with tortilla chips, cheese sauce, garden tomatoes and lettuce, and avocados. Peach galette for dessert. https://www.foodnetwork.com/fnk/recipes/instant-pot-cuban-mojo-pork-9574117

Oh my word, cyclonefence, how many people are you feeding?!

Sweet corn, too.
I made my required sautéed onions & mushrooms in a wine sauce.
Not sure we were technically celebrating Labor Day, though.
The weather has been great & grilling seemed appropriate.
We had filet mignon yesterday. Also, grilled.
