The vet said the x ray showed a narrowing of the spine. Long story short, we found a vet in Omaha that did acupuncture on race horses. She worked with us for about 6 months and he started walking again. Not like this dog in the video but she had a good year or 2 after that.

And not only did I no longer need to carry him outside, he walked just fine for the rest of his life. I didn't hesitate since I'd also experienced acupuncture in an effort to avoid surgery so I knew it was non-invasive.
