My problem is I identified most as turquoise for me, but had to label one or the other. It was much more clear on the scale.

Into two colors, turquoise blue and turquoise green.

(1,243 posts)7. My Canadian husband and I discussed that last night -- he very much thinks there is one definite color "turquoise".
I grew up in NM around a lot of turquoise jewelry, and we absolutely distinguished between green and blue turquoise. I think there might be cultural differences.

Greener than 94% of the population, I see turquoise as more blue than green. But many of them looked like a combo to me yet I had to choose blue or green.
