WTF is wrong with some people? I'm watching a series about New Zealand border patrol. Two different

episodes featured accounts of women trying to sneak cats into the country without the appropriate documentation and approval. One of the idiots was Canadian the other American. Both hid their cats in carry on baggage.

The American was busted when she put her cat through the X-ray scanner. The Canadian refused to put her carry on on the scanner belt and was caught when the customs officer examined her luggage.

Both women were refused entry into NZ and returned to their point of departure.

The Canadian had to pay the airline a fee of $1,500. to transport her cat in the cargo hold.

The American was unable to get permission from U.S. Customs to return the cat to the states.
When informed by NZ Customs that her cat would be euthanized she said “Well, we’ve had seven good years!”🤬
