This is a video on Reddit, showing what is described in the OP title. Google tells me this happened two days ago.

I can't even imagine what this guy feels like at that moment.

I can't imagine 52 hours of strenuous physical activity. To me, it seems impossible...superhuman. Permanently life-altering. And yet this individual seems in pretty good shape the next day. Absolutely amazing to me.
