(13,683 posts)I love roast beef and Wendy's puts their so-called "cheese" on my burger sometimes when I ask them not to. McDonalds and Taco Bell, meh...

(107,850 posts)--Not sure what is in Taco Bell's "meat," albeit I admit that it is addictive.
--McDonald's.. well, the legacy factor, I guess and i think it is currently better than Burger King.
--Wendy's--OMG. They have got to cut back on all that salt. The one burger I have had in recent years was so salty I couldn't eat it.

(5,846 posts)then I guess Arby's, but the choice between Taco Bell and Wendy's is tough.
I like Wendy's best of the burger chains, but Taco Bell is there when Wendy's is closed later at night, and that keeps me from going to Krystal, so I have to say Taco Bell.

(188,689 posts)When we moved to Virginia from Ohio we were shocked that there were no Wendys or Pringles.
Egg McMuffin is THE single greatest fast food item ever. Really big in the biking/hiking communities. 🙄
Wendys frosty. 🤔
Arbys two beef n cheddars are $7.70 🤔
Taco Bells commercials are disgusting looking.
Id say
..McDonalds stays.

But I know that when I come into the house w/ my Arby's, my dog's ears perk up, and she knows the treat that's coming. Oh, its such a joy to share my meal w/ her (the only one left out of 3). And I always get the french fries for her too, I don't eat them, but she enjoys them.
We don't go out very often, but when we do, we do enjoy it.
McDonald's - NO
Wendy's - maybe, not very often
Taco Bell - tacos only because it's too hard to make tacos at home

(54,565 posts)now that we're pescatarian, the only fast food i get for myself is mcd fries.
i used to get their egg mcmuffin (no meat) but since they did away with all-day-breakfast (why oh why??) it's just the fries.

(71,574 posts)I'd put that horsey sauce on a shoe & eat it!
There's a regional taco joint here that is way tastier than Taco Bell. (I think everything at TB is too salty.)
If that was on the list, I'd have a quandary.

(7,309 posts)I get hands full when I go there to put on sandwiches I make at home. I know you can buy it at wallyworld, but I like taking the packets to work with me for my sandwich. I don't like to spread mayo based sauces on them for fear of it going bad. If wallyworld sold packets, I'd buy those.
Simply because of the baconator breakfast sandwich.

(2,996 posts)Hopefully LilGlad will be better, ( she won't, she already isn't, them pets know) the campground opened a big vacant lot for us to park our cars, as one of the perks of this park, is the abundance of trees and shade.
So that's one less worry, car should be safe.

(533 posts)There is no competition here. Arbys sends out great coupons and the others don't. My wife and I can eat for $10 (with coupons). We get a tasty fast meal and save a couple of bucks at the same time. On top of that the French Dips are pretty yummy. Just don't get the curly fries, they make a mess on the car floor. The other kind of fries don't.

(7,309 posts)Have you tried the new brisket sandwich? Really good. And you can't beat the greek gyro for the price. Of course it's not better than a small business gyro, but for a fast food place it is exceptional. And the oven roasted turkey is not pressed meat, it is from the breast.
And don't even get me started about their horsey sauce. I'm addicted!!

(5,353 posts)For a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a Frosty.
Loved Taco Bell back in my drinking days.
Not a fan of the Arbys roast beef, but did have a delicious (and huge!) chicken salad with bacon sandwich on the drive home from my nieces wedding last year. More research is needed.
McDs has great fries and the shakes, especially the Shamrock Shake, are good. But when we lived in the car for 18 months thats pretty much all we ate- $1 McDoubles and $1 Sausage Biscuits (back when stuff on the Dollar Menu was actually $1). Ill stop by there in a pinch, but had my fill in those rough days.
Usually Chik Fil A is my go-to fast food (hate their politics but love the Cobb Salad, chicken nuggets, and shakes. Plus, they keep sending me free sandwich coupons on the app because I eat there so infrequently).
