Two shots to get the party started.
Now, a concoction of my own invention: The Elvis. Two ounces of peanut butter whiskey and one ounce of banana liqueur, in honor of Elviss infamous fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
I added a dash of chocolate bitters for good measure.
Its pretty good!
I love you all

I'm drinking Alligash White IPAs tonight. Just glad to get home without further financial damage.

Sounds like a nice cocktail, the Elvis. Some rather ordinary red wine here, but nonetheless its nice to be off the road and in my sock-feet. Hope you are regrouping after the vaccine onslaught.

(119,931 posts)think of your creation? In all fairness, I must admit that the first time I saw a bottle of peanut butter whiskey, my first thought was, "Damn, with my luck, they made it ith the chunky stuf!"
Which was your favourite Dame Maggie Smith role?
Aristus
(68,357 posts)Real peanut butter has saltiness that cuts the sweetness. Maybe Ill have to add an ingredient that makes it not quite so cloying.
Lady Violet from Downton Abbey is a contender. But her role in 1976s Murder By Death takes it. Once upon a time, Maggie Smith was a hot young thing.
