I was driving this morning, wife sitting next to me, and I almost ran over a speedy chipmunk that ran across the road, but the little guy made it. So I started singing the below song with word substitutions...
"Try to remember the chipmunks of September, and if you remember, then follow follow follow follow..."
I was only at it for 15 or 20 minutes.
Well apparently, now that song is "going to be stuck her head all weekend", and "I go overboard with everything".
Some people don't appreciate my talents. It's very discouraging.

(106,360 posts)I crawl around the neighborhood and will soon become the iconic "Mr. Wilson" yelling at my neighbors driving too fast through the neighborhood and risking hitting one or my little furry guys (or a kid, or adult, or heaven-forbid, a dog! )
So, take that good Karma today--even if you can't sing.

I hit a squirrel once, a long time ago. It was unavoidable, but I was upset for a week over it.
