It was a scrambled channel broadcast out of Milwaukee here in Wisconsin, and we'd leave it on so the flickering would stabilize for a second or two, and we could see brief glimpses of dirty movies.

(6,215 posts)2. we had that in Detroit, but it was called ON tv. channel 20 was scrambled after 8pm, and for the low cost of 19.95 per
month, you could subscribe and get a descrambler. I think they were in business from around 1980 to about 1984,
