500 pieces of candy and the vast majority remain in your home.

One year I bought some mini candy bars long before Halloween and my wife insisted that I hide them so she wouldn't be tempted. I did. Then I proceeded to eat most of them before the big day arrived.

This year I bought a 18 count of Frito-Lay variety pack of snack chips. I'm debating on buying candy because I literally walk to another area of my neighborhood and pass out candy on a street that I don't live on.

I think that happens to us all. Eat the majority of it and have to go out and buy another bag or two.
