If you find Land O Lakes Pumpkin Pie Butter spread I don't recommend it. To me it was greasy and not very pumpkin-y.

450 calories, 58 grams of protein, 13 grams of fiber.

My daily goal is 1500 calories, 100 grams of protein, and 35 grams of fiber, while minimizing carbs (especially added sugars).

"Sticks to the ribs" if you like the taste of peanut butter with lots of protein & fiber (you can even add a little Benefiber if you want to increase more--imparts no taste) a little sweet, but creamy and satisfying.

Coffee (black most days as well)

Peanut butter on one slice of 15 grain bread, not toasted, with sliced banana and a dragon fruit compote spread on top. The fruits change according to the season. My favorite is coming up…cranberry!

One bag of cranberries fresh or frozen no difference. One cup water. Place in a heavy bottom pot, I use a ceramic coated cast iron pot. Boil on a medium heat till the berries start to pop, then smash the heck outta them till kinda smooth. I like it a little chunky. No sugar!

Cranberries are naturally rich in pectin it will thicken on its own. If you want it more sweet I add in an apple, usually a Honey Crisp.

Place in mason jar…lasts a couple months in the fridge.
