(11,251 posts)Peanut butter on one slice of 15 grain bread, not toasted, with sliced banana and a dragon fruit compote spread on top. The fruits change according to the season. My favorite is coming up

(11,251 posts)One bag of cranberries fresh or frozen no difference. One cup water. Place in a heavy bottom pot, I use a ceramic coated cast iron pot. Boil on a medium heat till the berries start to pop, then smash the heck outta them till kinda smooth. I like it a little chunky. No sugar!
Cranberries are naturally rich in pectin it will thicken on its own. If you want it more sweet I add in an apple, usually a Honey Crisp.
Place in mason jar
lasts a couple months in the fridge.
