especially if November goes our way.

(3,598 posts)Went to the hardware store and saw Halloween decorations across the aisle from Christmas decorations. Next year I expect Fourth of July near both of them.

(6,849 posts)Last year, at the end of the season, the only thing on the shelf was some sort of lo-cal or low-fat eggnog. Never making *that* mistake again.
And at the age of 70, I have given myself permission to drink all the eggnog I can!!

(19,013 posts)I made it a couple times when my grandkids were young. I thought it was passable. The commercial eggnog has a flavor that can't be beat. Not sure what makes it that good
