My Halloween display is UP!

My neighbor took this pic from his kiddo’s second story window across the street. This is, imho, the most wonderful time of the year. I hope the snow holds off until after 11/1. 🎃💀

Sorry about my recycling bins out front…🙄

My husband just got home from work and a kiddo on his bike hollered at him from the street “hey! I like your set up!” My husband said “come see us on Halloween” the kiddo said “I will.” I love it so much.

The full size candy bars don’t hurt. This is my 30th year doing this. Every year I say it’s my last and here I am again.

My yard would look like yours if I had the storage. Here's my DIY Halloween fence, I got new solar string lights this year. 🕸🕷🎃

Big Lots. They were way over priced for the amount of lights (50 lights each string). I had problems with one of these strands not charging and I moved my entire Halloween display and the problem seemed to work itself out.

I went to put them out this year and again I had the same problem with the same strand.

At the end of September, I purchased these solar lights off Amazon for at the time was $17.99

These are not like regular lights at all, very thin, small storage box, and don't take up much room. I haven't had any issues with these lights working at all, but they do get tangled easily. I've been waiting for the price to drop but it doesn't look like that's going to happen soon. It's still a much better buy compared to Big Lots. I'll have to look around on other Amazon stores to see if there's anything similar.

The Christmas outside decorations take up most of the attic crawl space storage area. I can just squeeze the Halloween decorations up there. I’ve seen some I’d love to get but I refuse to rent a storage unit.

1) from the front of your yard towards Skelly 👍
2) standing near him looking upwards 👍

and, of course, post them here! 😄

He kinda freaks me out and I bought him!

I take all my decorations down on November 1st. I wait for the neighborhood kids to go to school and then I pack the whole thing up before they get home. It’s part of the magic! It’s like it was all a dream.
