Question for years. In the line 'Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers', which is rubber?

The Baby,
The Baby Buggy,
or
The Baby Buggy Bumpers,
or a combination or all of them?

'Baby Buggy' is a noun, as is Bumpers. The Bumpers are Rubber.

Baby buggy is an adjective phrase describing the bumpers.

Rubber is another adjective describing the bumpers.

Parse it out and it is rubber, baby buggy, bumpers.
