My daughter told me her car wouldn't start because there's water in the carburetor. When I asked her how she knew that,

she said “Cause it’s in the pool!”

Get a hotel room in a few states away.

Abandon your house,... don't ever go back there. It sounds like way more trouble than it is worth.
