Slipped on a plastic tarp that was covered with paint stripper and mineral spirits.

Face down, couldn't move for awhile.

I'm waiting for the big one. It's going to happen...it's inevitable.

I broke my ankle in a bizarre Christmas present wrapping accident a few years ago.

The wrapping paper was rolled out on the carpet so I could put the box on it and cut it to size. As I stepped over the paper my foot caught the corner of it which slid out from under me. In order to avoid doing the splits and cracking my pelvis like a Thanksgiving wishbone I shifted my weight to one leg which crumpled under me and SNICK went the ankle.

I can now use it to predict the arrival of cold fronts.

(If 80% of falls happen at home, have you considered moving?)
