Best friends are doing all the groundwork now, trying to decide where to move to and if they can retire early and still have enough to live on.

I’m seeing it all over the place, people making plans to leave the U.S. or at least seriously looking into it.

I don’t think I can take another Trump term.

I live in NoVa which feels way too close to where Trump will be. And my husband works in the Forrestal building which is close to the Capitol.

I want so badly to just get away from all of this and to a place where I won’t have to feel existential dread.

I’m pretty sure there are others who are feeling the same way and looking at how they can get out of the country, and wishing for help in doing so.

I have a really bad feeling about how things will go once Trump takes power, and I just don’t want to be here for it.

I admire people who want to stay and fight, but I just want to run. I’m 63, disabled with multiple sclerosis, went through cancer surgery and radiation treatment last year, and I don’t feel strong enough to fight any more. I’m tired and I want to go some place where I can feel safe and not think about TSF and his evil regime every day.
