What id should we be carrying after Jan 20th? Photo of birth certificate?

Are the enhanced driver's licenses enough?

So stay out of the sun and work on any accents you may have, to include Boston and and any of the regional California ones.

So I get off the bus --- "Let me see your immigration papers." I'm sweaty, dirty, unshaven from 2 1/2 days on the damn bus. And I am tanned, having spent a week at the Ft. Hood officer's pool. My uncle was a captain.

"What?" --- I'm not sure how to respond since all of this is outside of any prior New Jersey experience.

"Papeles, de inmigración."

"Huh?

Whereupon the kid who was sitting in the seat next to me on the bus, "Sir, we don't rightly give immigration papers to Yankees coming into Mississippi."

Officer: "Where are you from?"

Me: " New Jersey"

"Ok. Be on your way."
