Been on Tubi watching spooks and there are a lot of phone games being promoted. I wonder how many people spend hours?/day playing games on their phone? Say 30MM gamers averaging an hour per day x 365 days. That's a lot of wasted time yet it does keep that person from confronting reality.
Same with on-line sports betting. Not only do you lose money, but you give up your mind to chase winning bet strategies.

(28,361 posts)Airport is a mindless game trying to route planes on runways without crashing into other planes. Wordscape is figuring out word combinations from a group of random letters.
But there a lot of games, like Candy Crush, that I cannot see any value in playing.

(97 posts)Usually while listening to the TV or waiting in line for something. I've been playing Candy Crush for a couple of years and I'm at level 6511. Yeah, I know I play it a lot but it's something to do when the news is on or a program you don't have to pay close attention to.
I play Candy Crush on my Just Jumble cell phone and Mine Sweeper, Solitaire, and Scramble on my iPad. I don't hold it against anyone playing games because it keeps their minds active.
