....405 square feet. A decent size hotel room, I'd say.
That's quite a bit smaller, though, than a double wide mobile home.
They do look cool, though.

Your bedroom is basically a terrarium, and you're the exhibit.
Architects sure seem to love them, though. Haven't seen any real people sold on the idea.
