(11,132 posts)We dont wear jewelry much so it was no big deal
ring is materialistic
love is forever.
Anyway
it was years
pretty much forgot it was even lost. Then out of the blue my SIL asked us to go bowling. Havent bowled in years and when we did we just used the rental stuff. But a couple weeks before that I was cleaning out an old shed and found my bowling bag ball still in place! So I grabbed that old bag and we went bowling
I meant the bowling bag, not my dearest.
At the alley I opened the bag to get my old shoes out and noticed a glint at the bottom of the bag
curious I looked closer and after all those years, my finger was reunited with my wedding ring.
Series of coincidences.

(36,258 posts)it was at the bottom of my purse.
(Courtesy of probably Sammy because she's always carting those things around. I've found them in water bowls, litter boxes, my bed, between couch cushions, and even one on top of the fish tank.)

(91 posts)He had been admitted to the hospital and handed me his bridge to take home and put in its denture cup. Obviously, I forgot to do that. When he was discharged I tore the house apart looking for them before it occurred to me to look in my purse.
