My eyelid has been looking and feeling not so great for the last week or so.
It starts to look better and then I believe it's okay for awhile.
This isn't the case this morning. It looks seriously messed up today.
I cancelled my second job this afternoon and I'm patiently waiting my turn to be seen at WellNow.
I think the other people who are waiting to be seen are curious about the lady (me) who's wearing sunglasses inside.
I'm sure that my eyelid isn't that ghastly where I need to wear sunglasses inside but I'm a tad vain truth be told.
I don't need any hearts, I only need positive vibes.
Thank you.
😺 ❤️
P. S. Ohhh.... two more people came in after me.

(81,404 posts)Could it be a stye? No idea what you are suffering with but, believe it or not, a bit of your own ear wax applied to a stye takes care of it.
I worked with a young girl who had a stye & doctors told h3r they would have to operate.
I hopped on google, did a quick search, printed the info for her. She truid it & stye went away very quickly.
Not dxing you, just sharing a weird experience.
Good luck!

(11,923 posts)The treatment is to apply warm compresses several times a day and to lay off the makeup for awhile.
I've treated milia on myself near my eye before but it was large enough that I wasn't paying a dermatologist to treat it.
Thank you!

My kid had lyme disease and co-infections nearly 25 years ago. I learned everything I never wanted to know through that process. LOL Mostly, the importance of taking charge of my own healthcare, directing facilities to send blood samples, etc. to labs *I* want them sent to, and the value of looking up home remedies to at least help allevate, if not eradicate symptoms and disease organisms, etc., etc., etc.
I hope your eye gets better soon!

Sounds like it's a cousin of pink eye, or conjunctivitis. Not fun! Hope it clears up quickly and you're back to your googly self real soon, Niagara!
