2. Usually you can't do this in Henrico because the snow is usually followed by rain/sleet and you end up with an icy mix.

The snow was like powder yesterday. Unusual for this area.

I just threw down salt on our driveway yesterday morning and it worked all day. Even this morning the cars were very easy to clean off.

but if it's wet/icy snow, you're stuck with scraping it off. And I'd recommend this costume for icy days:
