(113,037 posts)which I like, but don't love. Better with almonds though (Trader Joe's Pound Plus Dark Chocolate with Almonds)...
And admittedly, I LOVE LOVE LOVE (but try to avoid) chocolate hazelnut (e.g., Nutella)... Definitely not so healthy though...

(13,746 posts)Equal parts your favorite baking chips and heavy cream. Use a scale to weigh ingredients if possible.
Heat cream to just below the boil. Pour over chocolate chip, cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Start stirring and mix will look weird at first. Keep stirring and it will come together and thicken up. allow to cool and store in the fridge. So good, rich, creamy and smooth.

(2,553 posts)There used to be a recipe on the side of Hershey's chocolate cans for chocolate fudge. It was difficult to make, you had to make it just right, and yet, when you managed to hit that "sweet spot", it made the best fudge in the history of the observable universe!

(6,534 posts)However, if i's just a naked piece of chocolate, no other ingredients, then my preference wud be for a piece of dark chocolate. If it's white or milk, I'd prefer it as part of a candy bar or piece of candy. In my younger days I loved Zero bars, and still buy one occasionally.
