Barnes & Noble used to sell a lot of magazines but I've not been in one in quite some time. The grocery stores have really reduced their "offerings..."

Sigh... not sure I've been in a B&N since before Covid. I used to go a lot! The biggest one in Manhattan is still just north of Union Sq Park. I would also go to the Green Market at the west & northern side of the park, then stop in at B&N. Good times!

Looked at Crafts, Art, Architecture, Interior Design, Science, Science Fiction, Gardening for beutiful photos, Children's Books for the illustrations. The magazine rack for the same, plus rock mags.

I should go this summer!

Thanks for the inspiration.

ETA: I read MAD from mid 60's - up to ? 81+ish. Then I picked one up in the ?early 90's.
As an artist I was really interested to see the new visual styles they presented.
