he had only announced being ill I think the day before - I was very upset, I adored him. The singing, the musical talent, the SHOWMANSHIP - I don't think it will ever be matched.....

Later, I was wondering WTF, the greatest rock n roll singer EVER died and that's IT? And then that tribute concert came about........just wow.
