I quit a bit over fifty years ago, and it's still the hardest thing I'vs ever done in my life. But I can hope you find the strength eventually (I did it before there were patches or other medical help. It might be easier for you than is was for me, but it would still be hard.)

Torani butter pecan or English Toffee syrup and non-dairy creamer. Otherwise, my coffee stands alone.

I prefer it black and neat. While good with a meal, my favorites to go with it is lips and tongue.

BTW congrats on the smoking. Fortunately I've never been much of a drinker but I will not ever have a taste of beer if there's cigarettes around.

I usually have two in the morning, one when i wake up and one to go when heading out the door.

Any baked treat works. That late morning or mid-afternoon coffee really goes with a delicious pastry, but if I had a choice a homemade cinnamon bun with lots of cinnamon swirls and some sort of frosting or glaze would be it!

Dipped in the coffee until soaked with it. A local coffee shop called "Cool Beans" makes them perfectly but we used to have a Bruegger's Bagels in town that made them just as good.

A bear claw AND a fritter. And a nice long nap.

made maple pecan fritters. long john's. curlers. a diff bakery made an awesome fruit/streusel coffee cake. the ultimate get an authentic danish kringle. in winter i make cookies.
