(2,564 posts)I would consider voting for hot dogs only if I also could have sauerkraut, onions and mustard to put on them. Chili dogs are good too. But if hot dogs were the only thing I could ever eat, I would get tired of them pretty quickly, even with a multiplicity of toppings. I don't think I would ever get tired of a good salad, though, plus, it'll be healthier, I think, than any of the other food options you list. Would the salad consist only of a bowl of lettuce? And what kinds of salad dressing would be available? I like salads with one or two kinds of shredded cheese, and diced ham, and radishes, and onions, and olives, maybe some sliced mushrooms and two or three other things, plus oil and vinegar dressing.
What I'm saying, I suppose, is that your question does not give enough information about the options for me to be able to give a full and complete answer.

I grew up on the tip of the Cape. Fresh fish off the boats, muscles hand picked on the jetty next to our cottage!

I esp love shrimp, and scallops!
I'd have to add a bunch of stuff w them bc they're so light as a meal.

(77,642 posts)So many different ways to cook it & plenty of non-salad veggies to go with it.
I like all the rest of your choices, but I'd get tired of fish all the time & I couldn't eat the other 3 exclusively.

Probably add sautéed onion to the pasta. W orce/o tomato sauce. Really an EVO olive oil, or salted butter, a touch of salt, and pepper, minced or powdered garlic.
Pass me a big bowl! 😄
On occasion add sweet Italian sausage to the pizza! 👍

My Greek-American mom learned to bake Ukrainian Easter bread! Sooo good.

(1,457 posts)Spiral cut hot dog. The spiral cut opens the hot dog allowing the condiment to adhere to the hot dog. Also, it lets the grease and fat escape making a bit healthier. My sister knew a couple who designed a device that would cut hot dogs with a spiral groove. They called is Wunder Weener. It's a tube with three sharp blades set at specific angles. You put the wiener in one end and twist it as you pull it through. It came in two sizes, regular for hot dogs and large for polish dogs and brats.

(62,470 posts)as long as it consists of a variety of good lettice and veggies and items like seeds, nuts, olives, raisins, avocado, oil and vinegar, and sources of protein such as cheese, black beans, and eggs. I'm not a vegetarian, but I seldom choose the meat choices mentioned above.
Fish and chicken, yes, but I would get tired of eating them every day.
