i didnt have to have my cardio conversion today. instaead of fast beats , my pulse was in the 50s ramge . so off the hook for now.

I sense you still need a good work up because AP rate of 50 is low...If you had atrial fib and need a cardio conversion, now rate is 50...suggests that your " sinus pacer nodes" are off and this will need stabilizing. in some manor....
