Good news: Yesterday, Christmas Eve, I got to my desired weight thanks to diet and exercise.
Bad news: I recently dislocated my shoulder. No worries, it's back in place. Physiotherapy is next.

Its sheer bliss, theres no more desire to pig out, the problem is forcing yourself to eat more just to maintain your weight, so you dont get too thin.
