I am starting a memory project and planning to include your Sunday memes as a weekly episodic memory marker .

I have started this several times and then it falls apart. I am trying something new and low key to fix my work memory as apparently it is connected to episodic memory:

I have had a hypothesis for a while that connecting episodic memory to work related memory may make it easier to retain and retrieve.
