Does anyone else get diarrhea from eating McDonald's?

There are times when I am on the road, early nursing visits and don't have time for a breakfast or a lunch....Definitely I can't eat the hamburgers they make....30 minutes or so after eating....BAM! ...Less frequency with a breakfast sandwich but it does happen.....

I just have to pack a snack when I have long days....Panera is a good option if I have time to relax and eat...never GI disturbance events...

The only item I recall ordering is bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, which I consider edible when the biscuits haven’t started setting like concrete. The last breakfast burrito was at least 3 years ago. It was repulsive. Suffice to say, the one item I occasionally get from McDonald’s definitely doesn’t give diarrhea. Opposite effect, perhaps.

it is a faster/ cheaper quick convince but the after effects are not worth it....I just won't use them even at the last minute....a bagel will work too from Panera...vs Mickeys...

I may of only eaten from Mickeys say 6-8 time max all year.... I can be creative...

Taking before a meal is best, but it works to calm the storm if you take some with a few ounces of milk when your guts rumble.

If you have one near you, give them a try. I've never gotten sick from McD's, but I've consistently had that rwaxtion to Pizza Hut food.

Be well & stay safe out there.

To the land of Dunkin, I relied on their breakfast sandwiches when I was busy driving around and didn't have time for anything else...normally I get the maple bacon and an order of those stuffed mini bagels. Last month I got a breakfast sandwich on No Kings day because I wanted to get to my protest place on time.

Good thing I went home soon after as I had hershey squirts for the next 36 hours. That cured me.

Sorry to hear the Dunkin' food made you ill. Sadly, most of them are really high in fat & cholesterol, maybe that's why?

There were a couple options. I really am not a fast food consumer, the year long moving process was a sacrifice I made for the short term. I'm back to normal diet now so maybe the shock of fast food was all it took. Haven't been able to eat most fast food products for decades due to unpleasant after effects.
