I am now a mother-in-law!
Oldest son eloped a few months ago but just made it official with all of the paperwork.
Could not have chosen a better person for my son and all I can say after 6 years together is IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!
I have the best mother-in-law and hope to be as good as she is. (Minus her Mother's Day demands, lol)
They claim they want kids, one day, and I hope I'm alive to see it happen.

It's so nice to hear some good news for a change. As for wanting to be as good a mother-in-law as your mother-in-law is, you'll be fine. You had a wonderful role model!
