Sorting my collectible photos today

and papers in general.

I had a postcard/photo of the Cutty Sark ship in London in my booth. My booth neighbor moved out yesterday, and I gave them the postcard as a farewll. I think I have 2 others, so I'm looking for those. I also have 2 10x14" photos of the Cutty Sark, same position and view. I found those. I haven't found the postcard sized ones yet.

I've picked up several photos over the years, celebrities, politicians, entertainers, movie stills, autographed sports figures, just things we got here and there over the years. I'm really enjoying using Google Lens to track down some of the mysteries. I posted an autographed photo of a Toronto Maple Leafs Player in a group I'm in on fb and someone identified him for me. Nikolai Borschevsky. I'm trying to track down a movie still, maybe I'll get lucky with that, too. Anyway, it's a fun, easy way to spend some time.

I liked collecting papers, photos, postcards and books. Maybe no one else does, but they are fun to look through.

Happy Weekend!

I pulled 17 Wacky Ad cards out of a drawer, and learned they sell for a good amount. Topps made them and they are graded like sports cards are. I haven't found the small Cutty Sark photos, but that's okay.
