Only my white Star magnolias are blooming. My AEP electric wasn't out; the complex is all electric with underground lines; but our outdoor American flag lost its end cap ball the other night and was hanging (still above the ground) on the pole by a single bottom grommett.

Birds move too darn fast for me! I've wanted to paint birds and nature in general but didn't know quite where to start. Found an online course through the Cornell Bird Labs, https://academy.allaboutbirds.org/courses/painting-birds-with-jane-kim/ and I'm about to try it out.
