Wasn't sure I could paint anything yesterday I went to sit at my office desk and felt so crappy between my arthritis and acid reflux I managed to sit long enough to paint.
But I made it

My fingers use to really hurt. A few years ago I saw a movie called Fantastic Fungi. I started taking Lion’s Mane for memory and nerve support. After a few weeks I realized my fingers didn’t hurt anymore. It was not marketed for arthritis support, but for me it was really amazing. So I’ve continued it and now only rarely get a slight discomfort when the weather changes. I buy it from several places, often finding sales of 20% off.
