Is anyone interested in this project?

I would like a hi-res (but not necessarily that "large" if i am using the right terminology) high quality line drawing of a man wearing a fedora and trenchcoat with turned-up collar (think Bogey) maybe a 3/4's back view looking back over his shoulder (towards the viewer) smoking a cigarette, from the mid-waist up.

How much would you charge?
