I like your technique! Especially how you capture the movement in the first two. There’s an excitement and a sense of immediacy and you can almost hear the roar of the engine. You captured the streaks and shimmering of light on the shiny surface of the race cars which are obviously in full blown movement. Very well done! The love and passion for the races shows brilliantly! I feel that you love your subject matter, and you make me appreciate that.

You also did a great job with the details and color in the red car. Did you use prismacolor pencils and ink? It really is like hard rock candy for the eyes. What a treat! Thanks! Your rendering of the wheels and design features is fantastic! I love the curves and indentations which makes me want to run my hand along them so I can feel them as well as see them.

Red Maserati is from 1985, colored pencil on grey paper, based on a photo in Road and Track magazine.
GT40ish is Wacom digital tablet.
