A string game with most or all fingers?

Somewhere around the age of 14, there was a string activity popular with girls in my area.

One person would hold a design and another person would take the design from the first person’s fingers.

Was this a particular game or design?

We used to do it all the time when I was in elementary school. Tried out different designs and so on Walleye Nov 2021 #5
