Was thinking of it recently too. Was also thinking of Metropolis. The movie is about the elites (city planners they called them) lived their lives in the city of Metropolis a utopia while the workers who made the city run lived underground. But the part I was thinking of was that the woman in it believed a prophet would arrive and make the world as one. Is that what magas believe trump to be? Anyway I when I was in college this movie was required in my film making class. Thanks for posting.
